Stephanie Klein, Keynote Facilitator

Stephanie Klein, MBA '91, is an Executive Coach, Positive Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Educator, Speaker and Author. She is passionate about empowering elite professionals to thrive through change. She helps them bravely embrace their authenticity, learn to adapt with choice, and stretch with confidence and compassion, so they optimize performance and wellbeing and build mental resilience to shift from burnout to balance.

Joanne Dias, Facilitator

Joanne Dias is a leadership solutions partner at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she designs and delivers customized leadership programs for leaders within global organizations. Joanne has developed and launched assessment and development centers in 12-plus countries and facilitated organizational change initiatives and trainings for individuals, cross-functional and executive teams.

Carolyn Ou, Facilitator

Carolyn Ou is Executive Director of the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership at Chicago Booth. She collaborates with our campus partners and alumni to design, deliver and support alumni leadership programming worldwide. She brings to the role her experiences in consulting, marketing, education and entrepreneurship, as well as a passion for creating effective leaders at all levels.

Samantha Coleman, Facilitator

Samantha Coleman, PhD, is Associate Director of Leadership Development for the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership. She partners with faculty and staff to create innovative leadership opportunities for current students and alumni across the globe. Her portfolio of experiences as an academic, executive coach, and social entrepreneur, assist her in inspiring others across industries to lead with their most authentic selves with a consistent pursuit toward personal and professional mastery.
