Frequently Asked Questions

A minicourse is an abridged version of a regular course, made accessible to our community of busy scholars and professionals. Preparation should take less than an hour per week.

Class meets from 10 to 11AM CDT on May 4, 11, 18, and 25 via a Zoom link that will be shared with registrants. Recordings will be posted within 24 hours of class, so it will be easy to catch up if you miss a session. We encourage you to attend the live sessions whenever possible, but you are welcome to take the entire class asynchronously if that works better for you.

There will be assignments to complete in advance of each lecture; they should take no more than 30 minutes. There will also be a final reflection assignment at the end of the course.

The mini-course is not-for-credit; there are no grades. We offer a certificate upon completion of coursework.
