The report titled, "Crunch Time: Fiscal Crises and the Role of Monetary Policy," is written by James Hamilton (San Diego), Frederic Mishkin (Columbia), David Greenlaw (Morgan Stanley), and Peter Hooper (Deutsche Bank)..
