Nathaniel Grotte, Interim Director

Nat Grotte is interim director of the Davis Center for Leadership. He works with faculty, staff, and students to promote expansive perspectives on leadership and professional effectiveness. He has worked on several initiatives supporting curricular innovation at Chicago Booth.

Chelsea Vail, Associate Director, Communications and Events

Chelsea Vail is associate director of the Davis Center for Leadership. She works with faculty, staff, students, and alumni on programs, events, and special projects related to leadership development. She has also edited for Chicago Booth Review and written for the media relations team.
