Mukherjee is chairman and CEO of Pernod Ricard North America, one of the largest wine and spirits companies in the world. She joined the company in December 2019, bringing with her nearly 30 years of marketing and sales experience. Under her leadership, Pernod Ricard’s premier brand, Absolut Vodka, has become one of the fastest growing in its segment. Brandweek named her Marketer of the Year and Forbes’s recognized her among the Top 50 Most Influential CMOs. She’s previously held leadership positions for S.C. Johnson & Son, PepsiCo, and Kraft Foods Group. Mukherjee spoke at our most recent event.

Brian Niccol, ’03

Niccol is chairman and CEO for Chipotle Mexican Grill, which has over 2,600 company-owned restaurants and employs more than 85,000 people. Since Niccol became CEO in March 2018, Chipotle has seen accelerated comparable sales growth. The company has been recognized in numerous media lists, including Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies and Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies. Niccol himself has been placed on several notable lists, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune’s Businessperson of the Year. Prior to Chipotle, Niccol held leadership positions with Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Procter & Gamble. Nicool spoke at our most recent event.

Jean-Pierre Dubé

Professor Dubé is the Sigmund E. Edelstone Professor of Marketing, Charles E. Merrill Faculty Scholar, and faculty director, Kilts Center for Marketing. He is a research associate for the National Bureau of Economic Research. Dubé’s research interests lie at the intersection of industrial organization and quantitative marketing. He has conducted empirical studies on the formation of consumer preferences for branded goods, price discrimination, advertising, food deserts and nutrition policy, and the role of misinformation in consumer demand. Professor Dubé moderated our most recent event.
