The average worker dedicates about 28% of her workday managing emails, yet the struggle to get response on the emails we send seems universal. How could we write so that our recipients are more likely to read or act upon our messages?

On Wednesday, November 19, behavioral scientist and professor of public policy at Todd Rogers (Harvard Kennedy School) presented his Think Better talk, "Fewer Words, Please," about harnessing the science of attention to write concise, effective emails. CDR Faculty Director Nicholas Epley moderated the event.

More than 1,300 people attended the event virtually, which you can watch above.
